Product Description
Advazorb Heel is a conformable, non-adherent, hydrophilic, polyurethane foam dressing with a breathable film backing designed to fit around the heel. Ideally, this range is for wounds with low to medium levels of exudate.
A non-adherent foam dressing with excellent fluid handling properties. Ideal for use under compression bandaging with its fluid retention, low profile and low friction film backing.
Instructions for Use
Apply directly to the wound on the heel, pink side up and secure in place with tape, appropriate bandage or secondary dressing.
Frequency of change
Can be left in place for up to 7 days but should be changed immediately if strikethrough is apparent or when dressing reaches capacity. If exudate is visible around the edges of the dressing this is a clear indication that a dressing change is required. Clinical observation is necessary to determine required frequency of change.
