Background
Mr M is a 15 year old male, he burnt himself while playing with fire on November 24th 2009. The burns are second degree at his posterior and lateral side of legs and his gluteal area on both sides and the dorsum side of his left hand.

Mr M’s entire body was washed with normal saline serum, his wound was cleaned of foreign bodies such as and stone and dust. A hydrogel was used over his left leg and then dressed with Actilite and finished off with Eclypse.
